1)What is your refund policy?

– Our refund policy is very simple. We have a maximum of 7 days for delivery time. If within 7 days you didn’t recieve your order then you can simply open a support ticket requesting refund providing your order number and we will process your refund within 24 hours to your account wallet and then you can use that amount to purchase any other product from our store. Please note that such situations are very rare and usually we deliver all orders within 24 to 48 hours.

 

2)Product delivery time 7 days. Why?

– We have to create accounts manually and depends on orders queue sometimes it will take some time to deliver that’s why we have mentioned max 7 days for delivery of your products but usually we deliver within 24-48 hours.

 

3)I haven’t received my product. What to do now?

-Please check your email that you have used to sign up on our website. All orders by default delivered to that email. Also, check your spam/junk folder. If you didn’t your product email then please open a support ticket providing your order number and we will look into it.
